Bill and Linda Parker, Matthew

We are serving with CAM International, now living in Montevideo, Uruguay.  We currently serve as administrators of Mi Refugio (My Refuge), right outside of town.  It's an ongoing construction project for a camp and conference center.  While the first phase is completed, there is a lot left to go!  However, many local groups are using it as well as some teams from the United States and other countries.
